How to Book with Machu PicchuT Tour Operator

Book Online and Check Availability

A) Machu Picchu Tours & Peru Packages

Visit our website, Machu PicchuT, to explore our Machu Picchu tours and Peru packages (excluding the Inca Trail). Click on the “BOOK ONLINE” option to select and book your tour. Please provide your personal details. Tours and packages can be booked up to 24 hours in advance.

B) Inca Trail & Inca Trail Packages

For Inca Trail bookings, first check availability by clicking on “Inca Trail Availability” or contacting our Booking Department for assistance.

C) Alternative Treks

For alternative treks to the Inca Trail, click on the “BOOK ONLINE” button and fill in the required details. Spots are available daily, and you can book up to 24 hours before your chosen trek. All departures are guaranteed!

Important: Ensure all details are accurate to secure your Inca Trail permits and Machu Picchu tickets. Please read and accept our service policies before proceeding to the Registration & Payment page.

Booking Conditions

Review our Booking Terms & Conditions before finalizing your reservation. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Payment & Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking for all Peru treks and tours. This deposit is non-refundable. For bookings made less than 2 days before departure, full payment is required.

Payment Methods:

1) Bank Transfer:
If you choose this method, ensure to cover all bank fees. Charges vary by bank and intermediary institutions. Contact our sales department for our bank account details. Any shortfall due to incomplete fee coverage will be added to your outstanding balance.

2) Western Union or MoneyGram:
For Western Union, visit a local office or pay online at www.westernunion.com. For MoneyGram, visit their office or pay online at www.moneygram.com. Note that a 12% surcharge applies to both methods and must be paid by the customer.

3) Credit or Debit Card:
Choose this option to receive an email from our sales department with a payment link. Please note that Visa and MasterCard charges are included in some tours but not in the “Short Hikes & Tours” section.

Your Details

Provide your personal details for booking: full name, gender, passport number, passport expiration date, date of birth, nationality, dietary requirements (if applicable), email address, and any medical restrictions.

Travel Insurance

Ensure you obtain comprehensive travel insurance for your trip.

Final Payment

The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival. For bookings made less than 2 days before departure, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.

Documents

After paying your deposit, you will receive pre-departure information and a Service Voucher via email. Final documentation will be issued 1 or 2 days before your departure date. Check both your inbox and spam folders.
