Itineray Details
Day 1: Cusco - Tinki - Pacchanta - Pucacocha
We start the walk from Ausangate Vinicunca with pick-up from your hotel at 4.00 am and go to Pacchanta on our cell phone, we will take the road as one who goes to Puerto Maldonado. We will arrive to the small town of Tinki from where our mobile will take us to Pacchanta where a rich Breakfast awaits us, from here we will see the Ausangate by the North main face.
We will get ready to then start our walk seeing very beautiful panoramas. From here we will have views of the Ausangate peak (6,384 m.). We will continue the walk of Ausangate Vinicunca we will begin the ascent to the first Paso Arapa (4,990 m.). We continue with a descent until we reach the Yanacocha Lagoon, Huchuy Pucacoha Lagoon that is 45 minutes from the Camp. From this point, we can appreciate fabulous views of all the snowy peaks of the area. We camped and dined right in front of the Ausangate and the Hatun Pucacocha Lagoon. Here we will see the stars and hear the animals screech.
Day 2: Pucacocha - Mirador Apacheta - Anantapata
We will begin the ascent to the Apacheta Pass (4,989 m.). For this breakfast is recommended very well, we will begin the ascent at 7.30 am, the ascent will last 1 hour and 20 minutes, arriving at this step we will see the most beautiful panoramic of the Ausangate. We will walk about 30 minutes on the Summit, take photos, breathe the purest air of the Andes and begin to descend towards the Anantapata camp.
Arriving we will have lunch, and watch the sunset. We will see how the animals (Alpacas, llamas and sheep) arrive at their canchones to spend the night. After a magnificent and adventurous hike we will have dinner at 6.30 p.m. and we will get ready for the rest and then in the morning leave early to Vinicunca and arrive very early before the people arrive.
Day 3: Anantapata - Vinicunca - Cusco
After our breakfast we walk passing beautiful landscapes, where South American camelids (alpacas, llamas, Andean birds, etc.) walk 1.30 hours. Until place called Vinicunca (5,034 m.), From where we will observe the impressionable view of Mountain of Colors with the sunrise shows its best imposing valley and colored hills of magical colors that only exists in this place of Peru. Around we will observe the mountains that accompany Ausangate, the highest mountain of cusco with a height of 6,384 m.
In the Inca mythology of this mountain and the nearby lakes, among which Sebinacocha stands out, from where the masculine energy that fertilizes the sacred earth mother Pachamama is born; After a long run, the waters are lost in the unknown lands of the Amazon to return with the rains, to fill the lakes and glaciers every night converted into the river of stars or Willkamayu known in the West as the Milky Way that resembles our vision cosmos. The Community of Chillca constituted by shepherds of llamas and alpacas is known as the guardian of these Andean places.
After taking photos, we will return back to our campsite where our delicious lunch awaits us, to then head towards Cusco, we will arrive at 7:00 pm Approximately. End of our services.

Essential Information
Reccomendations for Ausangate 3 day trek
- The clients that live in places of less than 1000 meters of altitude, we recommend that at least they are in Cusco 2 to 3 days to acclimatize before making this tour.
- For the best acclimatization, drink the infusion of coca leaves, you must make short walks through the city of Cusco on your own, or you can also hire a short tour like the City Tour, the Sacred Valley, the mines of salt of Maras - Moray or Machu Picchu full day (reservation separately)
- If you have difficulty in making the trek to the rhythm of your team, then you can hire a horse to ride the entire route. This service has a cost of US $ 12.00 per day.
